Location...Location...Location!! This recently remodeled 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom Lake Harmony retreat is perfectly situated at the base of Big Boulder ski resort and Lake Club... PRIME location! 1 mile to the beach access for the lake club.The minute you step into our home you will feel the mountains calling you. Decorated with a mountain/lake feel and roomy enough to bring both family and friends along. The beach features a large swim area, beach chairs, water rentals of all kinds, a tiki bar (boulder view tavern), pool, playground, beach volleyball and more. Our private home offers a spacious living room which allows both family and friends to spread out and relax. The master bath also has a beautiful soaker tub, which is prefect after a long day of skiing or playing by the beach. Our beautiful outdoor deck has a heat lamp and a propane fire pit. Kitchen has anything you may need to cook at home or order in. In close proximity to Lake Harmony's indoor waterpark, movie theater, bars, dining, hiking, mini golf, golf, ice cream shops and more. A short drive to The Crossings Premium Outlets, casinos, other waterparks and more. A wonderful place to get away. We looking forward to sharing our home with you!

Summary: This property was to die for! Super clean, super cozy, absolutely love the set up in each room. My family and I felt like we were right at home. Perfect for kids, lots of space and my absolute favorite the fireplace!! Spent a weekend there and would totally do it again more than once!

Summary: We were very comfortable and pleased overall. Host was very friendly and helpful. We only had two issues; one resulting from the other: There is no game room as advertised. Its the garage and you can set up a ping pong table there or use the other games in there - but only if you don't want to park cars in the garage. Also, its a garage - not heated. We had young children and it was rainy and cold. So the kids had to play in there all weekend. That meant we had couldn't park any cars in there. That led to the 2nd issue: parking. We were a large group that drove from several states in multiple cars and had to use the overflow parking lot a bit of a distance away. Since it was raining the whole time, we had to arrange for someone to ferry others to park and retrieve cars. So, my suggestion is "please remove the Game Room" from the description and headline. Once we dealt with that problem, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this Lake Harmony house! The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 15—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Jason was incredibly accommodating, making sure we had everything to make our stay enjoyable. From start to finish, communication was great, and the attention to detail made all the difference. The location was beautiful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a fantastic place in Lake Harmony!

Summary: The house was everything we expected and more! We had 5 adults and 5 kids. We had plenty of space to enjoy family time together! The house and development is conveniently located and in walking distance (although we drove) to jfbb. The kids loved snow tubing! The house is very well stocked and clean. We will definitely rent here again. Jackie was a fantastic host! Thank you for a wonderful family weekend.

Summary: First the owners were very attentive and answered any texts within minutes! House is literally up the road from boulder mountain where we chose to snow tube and snow board. Kids had a blast! Went to Boulder View Tavern for dinner one day right down the block and they were able to accommodate our large family

Summary: This is a VERY well-maintained property with a very responsive and helpful host. We really enjoyed the hot tub, well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Summary: This house was very nice and very comfortable, beds included. You can't beat the proximity to the mountain - we walked down the few blocks to ski, and the mountain is lit up a night which you can see right out the living room windows. Kitchen has all you should need for a stay, even with a big group. I'm taking a star off because there were a few features that were in the listing but then not there when we arrived. I spoke with the owners, they were very nice and quick to respond and explained why they weren't there but it would've been nice to be notified beforehand. Overall a great stay but we all felt a little shortchanged with the missing items.

Summary: As an owner of a rental property I’m pretty picky when it comes to staying places and usually find quite a few things that are missing or need updated. Not the case with this vacation home. Excellent location, excellent responsive owner and beautiful house. Recommend to couples, families, friends. The bunk rooms were key to make the stay great:) Owner was very responsive We already booked next year before our stay was over!
